Double room in Angel / Kings Cross

***The room is £1320 PCM with energy bills £50PCM paid directly to the landlord. Council tax and internet already included.

THE HOUSE:
A top floor furnished double room in a 5 bedroom, 2 bathroom house in Angel will be available from 5th September

The room is on the top floor. It has 2 big windows looking out into the backyard and the street, granting plenty of light in winter and a beautiful cross breeze in summer.

The living room and kitchen is open plan and is fully equipped with lots of pantry storage. We have a separate washing machine and dryer.

The patio is spacious, great for barbecues / soirées / pre’s / dinner parties in summer. Brownie points for someone with a green thumb.

The house is in a prime location: 10-15 minutes to Angel, Kings Cross and Caledonian & Barnsbury Station. Too many buses to list out.

THE PEOPLE:
You’ll be living with lovely group of 4 professionals (26-32) with a mix of nationalities. Our weeknights in the flat are chill, usually involving debriefs of the weekend shenanigans. We mostly have our own social lives but are always up for alcohol, a pub quiz or a walk.
