I am renting the second bedroom in my flat starting 15th August.

About the room: spacious double room with large closet, floor to ceiling window, private balcony and private bathroom. Comes furnished.

About the flat: This 2nd floor flat is a two bed, two bath with large living room and kitchen. The living room has glass doors that lead to a private balcony overlooking the park. Amenities include dishwasher and washer/dryer. Comes furnished.

About the area: 6 minute walk to Angel tube station with access to the Northern line. Many grocery stores within 5 min walk (M&S, Sainsbury, Waitrose, Tesco Express). A few min walk to Upper Street. Easy access to the canal leading to King’s Cross/Primrose hill. One stop or 15 min walk away from King’s Cross for international travel and Piccadilly, jubilee, hammer smith and city lines. 10 min walk to Clerkenwell and Shoreditch. Great location!

About me: I am 35 and I work in consulting. I’m American and have lived in London for 3.5 years. I work from home some days and the office some days. I like to travel, hang with friends, go to the gym, explore, and try new things! Generally get on well with people.

About you: I’m looking for a friendly and relaxed roommate who has their own stuff going on but is open to chatting and an occasional hangout when we come home. Preferably a woman between 27-39. I like to keep common areas clean but you can do what you want in your own room and bathroom. You are welcome to work from home in your room, I work from home in the living room a few days a week. Preference will be given to those who go to the office some days.

Rent is 1,385 GBP and bills are 237 GBP. Rental is on a month to month basis but preference given to those who want to stay longer. Women only please.
