Large and bright double bedroom with private living room and bathroom available for Monday to Friday rent in the heart of London, located on City Road close to Angel station.

The bedroom and living room are on the ground floor, the bedroom faces away from the street. The kitchen on the lower ground floor would just be shared with one other person (myself). The bathroom is accessed via the hallway but would be yours to use exclusively.

Commuting to the City, Soho or Shoreditch is very quick and convenient by public transport or bike. Easy access to great restaurants and amenities on Upper Street and Exmouth Market within a 5-10 minute walk.

You'll be sharing the house with me. I run my own media business working from an office in Shoreditch five days a week. It can be quite hectic so I like being able to unwind and enjoy a peaceful environment at home.

I'm looking for a tenant who is quiet, trustworthy and respectful of the space. The room would be well suited to someone working in central London looking for somewhere quiet to come home to relax. It wouldn’t be suitable for someone who works a lot from home.

Council tax and bills are included in the rent. We have a cleaner that will clean your room, change bed and clean bathroom, once a week. Additional £135 per month.

Start date is flexible. Viewing dates TBC but I should be available starting next week on weekday evenings after 7.30pm. All viewings in person (no virtual viewings).
