Looking for a new housemate for the en-suite master bedroom.

The house is located over 4 floors:
Ground floor - entrance and storage
First floor - large kitchen and living room
Second floor - master bedroom with en-suite, and second bedroom
Third floor - bathroom (it’s more a tiny level of the house rather than an entire floor of bathroom lol)

The kitchen is fully kitted out with washing machine/ tumble dryer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, dishes and cutlery etc.

The house is furnished, and there is option for residential street parking :)

The area is residential with the canal only 30 second walk away, so great in the summer time outdoors activities.

It is an 8min walk to the nearest station, with Angel high street just 5min walk away.
Due to its location, Farringdon and King Cross are only 20min walk (though the tube does offer a quicker journey)

The price is not inclusive of bills.

Bills roughly come up to £200 a month and this includes gas, electricity, water and council tax. (Likely to slightly higher in winter months)
