We have a lovely room to rent in our modern spacious flat situated in Zone 1 between Old Street and Angel Stations, with a park at the end of our street. There are plenty of shops nearby (sainsbury's/itsu/tiantian market) for you to do your essential groceries and pubs for hearty meal. Regent's Canal lovely cafeterias and restaurants are within 5 min walk, trendy Upper Street shops 12 min away. Despite being located a minute walk off City Road the flat very is very quiet.
There is a concierge in the building and bike store.

The flat is very energy efficient (EPC B) with underfloor heating. The living room with open kitchen is very spacious and facing south-west direction is full of sun in the afternoons, when, well, it is sunny outside! I have a little bit of green fingers so there is lots of plants throughout the flat and I use the balcony for growing herbs.
