Bright and airy double room available from late October in a 4 bed, 2 bathroom Islington Townhouse with garden. Our old housemate is v sadly (for us) leaving to move to Australia with her boyfriend, so we're on the hunt for another roomie.

When we wfh, we do so from our bedrooms, not in the communal areas :)
We all met through spareroom and it's been a blast, so looking for someone to slot in and add to the fun. We often go to gigs and on holidays together, grab a coffee when we're wfh, gossip about the latest hinge matches and enjoy a wine at the pub or in front of whatever tv show we’re binging.
We like the house feeling like a home, and make an effort to keep it nice and clean, with a cleaner every 2 weeks. With that in mind, although we love having people round, we’re more into hosting the pres or a dinner party than the afters!

About the room and house
This is a double room with room for a desk. It comes furnished with a bed, wardrobe and dresser. You’ll only have to share a bathroom with one person (important ratio in an all girls house)! Despite the pics being taken at night, the room gets the morning sun and is super bright and airy.
The house is in a great location in beautiful Barnsbury, between Islington and King’s Cross, with Upper Street nearby. We’re really well connected - nearest stations are Angel (Northern Line), Highbury and Islington (Victoria Line and Overground) and Caledonian Road & Barnsbury (Overground).
The house has a washing machine and a dryer, plus a dishwasher. All bills are included except for our fortnightly cleaner. There's also a chance the rent will be going up - we don't know just yet. We'll do viewings in the coming weeks once we've had some interest. Thanks!
