Looking for a new flatmate to move into a lovely two bedroom flat in Islington! The room is available from 23rd September. Flat is on Essex Road, lots of shops & good transport links (walking distance to Highbury, Angel, Canonbury & Dalston/Hackney.
It’s the smaller room in the flat - £980 + bills which are around £150ish each). Rent is paid on the 13th of each month and you’d need to go through referencing with the agency, you’d join onto the tenancy.
The flat came unfurnished - I have furnished the shared areas (as pictured - welcome to add your own touch), but current flatmate is happy to sell on her furniture (bed, mattress, wardrobe and chest of drawers). The flat also gets loads of sunlight throughout.
