Double room in Angel – £640pcm + bills | 3–5 month sublet

I’m going away for work and looking for someone to sublet my lovely, bright, furnished double room in Angel for around 3–5 months. There may be an opportunity to extend or make permanent.

You’ll be sharing with four lovely housemates — two girls and two guys in their 20s/early 30s. They’re friendly, outgoing and very chilled. It’s an easy-going home where you can socialise together or do your own thing, with no pressure either way.

We’re open to a guy or girl, ideally around a similar age, who’s trustworthy, considerate and tidy. Nothing excessive — just washing up after yourself and keeping shared spaces clean.

Rent: £640 per month, paid directly to me. Bills are separate and split equally between the housemates, with your share paid to whoever manages each bill. Budget approximately £100 per month for bills, although I’ll confirm the amount.

Location: A great spot near Essex Road station, within walking distance of Angel and Highbury & Islington.
