Shared flat in Islington

Hi there! I’m looking for someone to take over my double bedroom in a lovely shared flat in the heart of Islington. No shared living room, but includes a shared kitchen and bathroom, storage unit. The current flatmate is a 21 year old female student, Farah, at City university who is kind, fun and easy going.

The location honestly couldn’t be better. The bus stop is less than a minute away, with routes straight into central London (around 30 minutes). Angel Underground Station is a 10 minute walk. Also close to Essex road station and Highbury & Islington stations. City university is only 15–20 minutes away. You’re also just 5-10 minutes from Islington High Street with amazing cafés, restaurants and shops.

Bills are included. We are currently not paying any council tax due to student exemption but council tax won’t be included in bill if it applies to you. There’s a £50 tenant-swap fee, which I’m happy to refund once you pass referencing. Bills usually come to around £70-100max each per month.
