A bright and spacious room is available in a large, well-kept family home ideally located between Clerkenwell, King’s Cross and Angel.

The house is set in a very central yet residential area, with Angel Station just a 5-minute walk away and King’s Cross Station around 10 minutes on foot. Local shops, cafés, supermarkets and excellent transport links are all close by.

This is a female household and a family home, so we are looking for a female tenant, ideally a student, who is respectful, clean and comfortable living in a shared home environment. We value a relaxed, tidy household where everyone cleans up after themselves and is mindful of shared spaces.

The room is bright, spacious and comfortable, suitable for both studying and downtime. The house itself is generous in size and well maintained.

The home is animal-friendly, and the tenant must be happy living with cats.

Rent is £850 per month, with all bills included.
Minimum stay: 3 months Maximum stay: 1 year
