Looking for 2 people to take over rooms in the flat I'm currently living in. My brother and his mate (both been here >9 years) are moving out.

About the apartment:
- 5th floor (there is a lift) of a block right opposite Sadler's
- Three bathrooms, one bathroom and a good sized living room
- Loads of natural light and a balcony
- Tonnes of bars, pubs, shops, restaurants close by (minutes from Exmouth Market!)
- Small Sainsburys at the bottom of the building too which is really convenient

Rooms are available from 15th March

Bedroom 1: 11'6 (3.51) x 10'4 (3.15) - £1,350 pcm
Bedroom 2: 11'6 (3.51) x 9'10 (3.00) - £1,350 pcm

Living/dining room (shared): 16'8 (5.08) x 10'8 (3.25)

Transport links (all walking times):
- 5 mins to Angel
- 15 mins to Farringdonl
- 20 mins to Kings Cross, Old Street, Chancery Lane, and Russell Square

Buses to Hackney, Finsbury Park, Waterloo, Victoria, Battersea stop 2 mins from the apartment.

Rent is inclusive of all bills, council tax etc. and also a cleaner who visits bi-weekly every other Monday morning.

About me:
29 year-old who's lived in London my whole life. Angel's by far my favourite place to live; the area has loads going on so it's really fun. I work in accounting advisory and am usually in the office at least 2/3 days a week (sometimes more).
- Looking for clean, tidy room-mates that wouldn't mind the odd visit to one of the locals.

The rooms are fully finished and the kitchen/living room are already well kitted out.
