Double Room in Angel (6 months sublet)

I am temporarily moving abroad for work and looking for someone to sublet my room for 6 months available from 13 June 2026 - 13 December 2027 ! So ideally for someone looking for something short-term or someone on a temporary work contract, visa or semester abroad.

Our house in Angel is about a 3-minute walk from the tube. The canal is right nearby, Exmouth Market is just around the corner and we’re within walking distance to Farringdon and the Barbican.

You’d be living with three professionals (tech and philanthropy) in their mid-20s (3 males). We’ve all got our own routines, but we get on well and keep things easygoing at home.
We’re into road cycling, running and bouldering, a bit of music and the gym.
The room and flat itself suits someone who is hybrid or office based, you can WFH.

Whilst this is not a party flat, we do have a rooftop terrace where we welcome a barbecue in summer.

We’re looking for a young professional who’s chill, respectful and up for a friendly but fairly relaxed house share. Whilst we do have a dishwasher and a bi-weekly cleaner, we do value cleanliness throughout.

Our landlord is a private landlord who is very responsive and resolves matters asap!
