Double in Angel house

Hello!

It is with great sadness that I am leaving this place after nearly 5 years. I am searching for my replacement.

The room:

The room is a decent-sized double, and comes fully furnished with a bed, desk, wardrobe, chest of drawers and storage. It's a proper Victorian room with very high ceilings and a great big window.

Available from 2nd July.

The flat:

We have the bottom two floors of a Victorian terrace, including a separate living room and a large garden (which is amazing to have in summer).

You'll be sharing a bathroom with 2 other people, and there is a spare toilet downstairs. We also have a good relationship with our landlady, who is attentive and quick to respond to any issues. All bills are included, and the kitchen is fully equipped. We have a cleaner come once a week.

The area:

We're between Essex Road and Regent's Canal, around 10 minutes walk to Angel station and all the surrounding amenities. Dalston, Shoreditch and De Beauvoir are not far away either. It's a really lovely area - there's a lot going on whilst still having quiet space to retreat into.

I have had a genuinely wonderful time here and I can't speak highly enough of these guys. None of us knew each other before moving in together, but it's been fantastic anyway. We're always nattering in the kitchen, and the shared spaces/ garden are great for hosting people.

This place will suit you if you're fairly chill, accepting and happy to be in a social house. We're not looking for any specific types - as they say, variety is the spice of life - so please message if you think you'd like it.
