Hi! I’m moving out of my room after living here for the past two years, and looking for people to take over in our lovely 5-bed house in Angel.

Available from the end of July for either a long-term tenancy or a short-term stay. We’re also open to an August sublet if you’re just looking for somewhere for the month.

There may also be additional rooms becoming available, so if you’re looking with friends or as a larger group, feel free to get in touch!!

I’ve genuinely loved living here. The house is spacious, recently renovated, all double bedrooms, has a large shared living area, a balcony, 2 toilets, and the location is hard to beat:

* 2 min walk to Essex Road Station
* 2 min to multiple bus routes
* 10 min walk to Angel & Highbury & Islington stations
* 2 min to Tesco Express, with several other supermarkets nearby
* 5 min walk to loads of cafés, pubs, restaurants and gyms
