Large Double Room - Angel / Kings Cross

Hi! I’m moving back home, so my lovely room is becoming available in this friendly house share.

The room is a really good size and comes fully furnished with a double bed, brand new mattress, wardrobe and chest of drawers, with loads of space to make it your own.

📍 Location

* Around a 10-minute walk to King’s Cross
* Around 10 minutes to Angel in the other direction
* Lots of shops, supermarkets, cafés, gyms and bus stops just a few minutes away, so it’s a great location for commuting and enjoying the local area.

🏠 The House

* £1,000 per month
* Bills usually come to around £100–£140 per month, depending on the time of year.
* Two separate bathrooms (one with a shower and one with a bath), so you’re never waiting around in the mornings!

👯‍♀️ Who You’ll Be Living With
You’ll be living with two lovely girls in their mid-20s who both work full-time (with the odd work-from-home day here and there). We’re easy-going, sociable and always happy to have a chat, but we also respect each other’s space. It’s definitely more of a home than just a house share.

We’re looking for someone who’s:

* Working full-time
* Clean, tidy and considerate
* Friendly and happy to contribute to the relaxed vibe of the house

Ideally we’d love another girl or a gay guy to join us.

Sorry, no couples, but partners are more than welcome to stay over a few nights a week.
