2 double bedrooms, spacious house in Angel

Two of the rooms in our house are freeing, so we're looking for 2 new housemates aged between 40-35.

Our house is ideally located - it's just over 5 mins walk from Angel station and around the corner from Exmouth Market.

The house is really spacious; 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (2x showers, 3x toilets) and a massive living room and separate dining room plus a large utility room in the basement.

The rent is approx. £1000 per month for bedroom 1 and £1100 per month for bedroom 2 - all bills included (water, gas, electricity, broadband, council tax and a cleaner who comes twice a month).

The room is available from 18th September (our current housemates moves out on 17th September). The contract is for 1 year but we get it renewed each time (there’s all the usual checks with the estate agent when you first sign).
