Hello! My sister and I will be living in a three bedroom house and are looking to fill the third room with a friendly, clean, and respectful person that is easy to live with (preference for someone in their late twenties/thirties).

The Bedroom:
* Fully furnished UK double bed, wardrobe, desk, dresser
* Very spacious and quiet
*Lots of natural light and city views
* Private bathroom with massive rain shower and your own floor (top floor)

About the Flat:
* 3-bed flat, bright, well-maintained, maisonette
* Fully equipped kitchen
* Washing machine and dryer combo machine, dishwasher
*Private outdoor garden area
*Communal closet for suitcase storage
* Very quiet and residential building and area
*No additional room for communal furniture

Move-in Date:
* Available from beginning of Sept 2025
* Minimum stay: six months, preferably a year

About your flatmates
I'm a 29 years old from the USA working in London. I’m in office 5 days per week. The second flatmate is my sister who is 27, also from the USA, and currently completing her masters at Imperial. We are both very tidy and respectful. I enjoy my quiet evenings during the week but am an outgoing person that enjoys socializing, drinks on the weekend with friends, and going to gigs. My sister and I are both respectful of others' space but hoping to live with someone who we could do occasional dinners or neighbor drinks with.

Angel/Islington
* Nearby tube stations: Angel (Northern line)
* Great location with easy access to Central London (bike there in around ~20 minutes)
* Waitrose, M&S Food, Sainsbury's and nearby shops/restaurants/pubs. High street 5 mins away.
