You’ll be sharing with Beth (female, non-smoker, 30, doctor, legend) whom is out most weekends and weekday evenings but always happy to hangout when around. I’ve lived here for 3 years and absolutely love it, I’m moving out as work is moving my role to Sydney.

Hoping to find a flatmate who is around the same age, female, non-smoker, tidy and (ideally) has already lived in a 2 bed flat previously.

Move in date is November 1 and inspections will be held the evenings on August 17 and 18.

Essex road station is 2 mins away.
Angel station is 15 mins away.
Highbury and Islington is 15 mins away.
Multiple bus routes stops (runs 24 hours) 1 min away.

Rent excludes bills (water, gas, electricity and internet) and council tax (currently £86 pcm). Total monthly cost is around £1400. You’ll be added to the lease with Beth and there is a 1 month deposit needed
