The room available is an ensuite couple room furnished with a bed base, mattress, wardrobe and chest of drawers. The flat offers a fully furnished living room and equipped kitchen. The flat is the ground and basement floor, with full ownership of the back garden.

You will be living with 3 New Zealanders in their mid-twenties who are working professionals in the city who are tidy, social and considerate.

Location is 5 minutes from Upper Street, Regents Canal and 10 minutes to Angel Station on the Northern Line.

Costs include:
• £1657 per month (bills included)
• £1888 deposit
• £200 change fee

The start date can be flexible 1 week post the available date if needed.
