Room in lovely sociable flat near Angel☀️

Hello! We’re looking for a new flatmate to replace our friend, as she’s moving into her own place. Myself and Dan are friends from uni, and we’re primarily interested in a sociable but chill housemate that we’d be happy to spend time with. The flat is really lovely - its modern and nicely decorated and in an incredibly good location for the price.

We’d ideally be looking for a professional of similar age who wanted to be friends with their housemates and chill when we’re together in the flat or go for walks / pub (quiz) / host something. We both have our own lives also of course and are respectful of the others having people around / doing their own thing in peace. We’re trying to get more houseplants in the lounge so if you could help with that (or at least remember to water them) then it’s a bonus! Myself and Dan work from our rooms a couple days a week, and our departing housemate worked remotely full-time from the available bedroom without any difficulty.

The flat:
- Modern flat on the top floor of a small block, just off a small square with a really pretty church.
- Large shared lounge/kitchen with views over the city, plus a shared bathroom.
- 10 minutes from Angel station / 5 minutes from Upper Street with the various restaurants etc. Also only 15ish minutes from Highbury & Islington for night tube.
- Lots of cute squares/parks nearby to visit, plus the canal for walks/runs.

The room:
- Furnished double bedroom privately situated at the end of the hallway.
- Really lovely views over the private mews behind our building and further over the city - imo this makes it the nicest room in the flat. It’s also south-facing!
- The desk isn't included but there's space for your own (we can help you carry one up the stairs if you find one).

Logistics:
- £1200/month plus bills which are usually around £130/mo (we're in Council Tax Band D). We haven’t had word of any price increases yet (and don’t necessarily expect one) but it could happen.
- Move in 13th October
