Weekday room in Angel – ideal for someone commuting into London 3–4 days a week

If you’re heading into the office a few days a week and looking for a comfortable, well-equipped London base in a fantastic location, this could be ideal.

The flat is in a lovely part of Angel, close to a great selection of pubs, restaurants and cafés, with excellent bus, tube and train connections. The City is also within easy walking distance.

The room is a good-sized, comfortable double with a large armchair, plenty of storage and ample wardrobe space. There’s also a desk which works well for working, dining or as a TV/laptop stand.

You’ll share a well-equipped, decent-sized kitchen and bathroom with an over-bath shower. There’s also a small outdoor space with lovely views over St Peter’s Ward.

I’m a middle aged male owner-occupier and work from the office three days a week in the city, as well as some travel for work, when you’ll have the flat to yourself. On occasion my partner comes to stay, sometimes bringing their small very friendly (but old) dog who wont bother you.

The room is primarily available for weekday use, making it particularly suitable for someone who lives outside London but needs a comfortable base in the city during the working week. Occasional weekend stays can be arranged in advance.

It is available from 1st October 2026, but this date is flexible. You are welcome to come view the flat.

The flat is on the 3rd floor, which is also the top floor at the end - so no one above and only 1 flat to the side and below. Nice and quiet neighbourhood
