Hey! We’re looking for a new flatmate to sublet the 2nd room of our flat in Angel.

• Bright and cosy 2-bed apartment
• Fully furnished
• Open-plan living / kitchen area
• Amazing rooftop
• Located in a lively area with loads of cafes, pubs, and shops nearby
• Well connected (Northern line + Victoria line + overground + plenty of buses within walking distance)

👫 About Us:
We’re a couple (French 🇫🇷 + Peruvian 🇵🇪) sharing the other room. We both work during the week and enjoy a relaxed, friendly atmosphere at home, sometimes up for a chat or dinner, but also respectful of personal space. We’re also quite into creative activities like linoprinting, working with clay, and other arts & crafts.

💬 Who We’re Looking For:
Someone easygoing, tidy, and friendly. Ideally someone who’s happy to keep the flat clean and enjoys a calm but sociable home.
