The larger, spacious double room (£1,450 pcm) is furnished with a double bed, desk, shelving, chest of drawers, bedside table and clothes rail.

The smaller double room (£1,275 pcm) is also furnished with a double bed, desk, shelving, chest of drawers, bedside table and clothes rail.

- a kitchen which includes a washer and dryer, dishwasher and coffee machine!

Bills are paid separate to rent: all utilities (electricity, gas, water, internet), Council tax (band E) as well as a weekly cleaner come out to about £100-150pp per month.

Housemates:
You'll be living with Oliver (33, Germany), Cristina (26, Romania) and Elizabeth (36, USA). They enjoy hanging out in the flat and out in the neighbourhood, hitting up the local pubs and comedy clubs, playing padel and trying new things together. They all work as full-time professionals (law, economics and sushi) and have their own social lives and hobbies (including sailing, hiking, flamenco dance and diving).

About you:
Ideally, you're a working professional who is up for a hangout but also have your own work/personal life.
