- A three bedroom, 1 bathroom, separate kitchen and living room ground floor flat with private south-facing garden.

- The room available is a small double room that fits a desk, chest of drawers and built in wardrobe with a south-facing window overlooking our private garden

The area 📍
- Great location just off Essex Rd in the heart of Angel. Great pubs, restaurants, cafes and bakeries all a short walk away. 10-15 min walk to Angel station (northern line) and Highbury & Islington station (Victoria line, overground, national rail)

Costs 💸
- Rent is £1065 pcm
- Bills are approx £100-125 extra pcm
- Deposit is £1100

Flatmates 💁🏻‍♀️
- You’ll be living with Hannah (28, Lawyer) and Henry (28, consultant)
- We are all close friends from Australia who enjoy making the most of living in London.
- We often hang out together as housemates but also have our own busy social lives
- Mix of wfh and in the office
- We aim to keep the flat clean and tidy

Who we are looking for:
- A working professional in their late 20s/ early 30s who wants to be friends with their housemates!
- You’ll need to pass standard referencing checks with the landlord (right to rent, income, etc)
