Double Room in Gorgeous Angel Flat🌟

After 4 years in this amazing flat I am sadly moving out to go travelling, and am looking for someone to take over my room! Move in date is 15th October😊

The location is perfect, 5 minutes from Angel station and plenty of bus links into central London.

The house has a large shared living/dining area, separate kitchen, bathroom (with a bath 😍) and an extra bathroom downstairs as well as an outdoor patio!! The room is a decent sized double, with plenty of natural light. The brown furniture (wardrobe and chest of drawers) is the landlords so would definitely be staying, the desk and white drawers are mine but open to selling.

Angel itself is an amazing area of London to live, very residential and safe but with lots going on. The flat is located a quick walk to Camden passage, Exmouth market and the canal which is the best for walks/runs 🥰 I think its the best place in London to live!!!

You’d be living with Grace and Kara (both American, working professionals, 28) - they’d be looking for someone who is up for cosy nights watching rom coms, going for cocktails and exploring London, but also is happy in their own space as due to different schedules they might not always be in.

Rent is £1090 and bills are ~ £130 per month. The contract start date would be October 15th, but could be slightly flexible about move-in date.
