I'm moving into a new place at the earliest on 5th October. There is some flexibility on this date and the move-in date for a new tenant could be a couple of days later. Sometime between 6th-9th October.

The electricity is on a meter and currently you need to buy electricity cards to top it up. This is usually between £20-£30 per month, depending on your usage. I believe the landlord will be changing this system at some point soon.

Gas is included in the rent.

Other bills are Council Tax (Band C) and water. Wifi is not included.
