A large, airy double ensuite is going to be available (starting Oct-Nov) in our flat in Angel just moments from Upper Street and the canal.

We moved in last year and it's great but it's time for me to move closer to work. We're two professional friends living in this apartment in a lovely, quiet residential neighbourhood.

It's a spacious 2-bed 2-bath flat with a large living room and separate bathroom. The flat is double-glazed, warm, and pretty solid. We rarely hear neighbours or noise and it can be hard to imagine you're in the middle of N1.

The room: you'll have the large master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and built-in storage.

Amenities: new washer-dryer, dishwasher, and all the usual.

Bills: great WiFi, plus typical water, energy and council tax. Bills are roughly £150-200pcm each on top of rent.

Location: close to Upper Street and the Islington canal. Angel station (5 mins), Essex Road (10 mins) and H&I (15 mins) stations are nearby, plus all the major bus routes across the city.

Negotiable: exact move-in date is negotiable (I've not found anywhere yet, so ideally a few weeks out), some room furnishings may be available. Please ask any questions here.

Admin: you'll need to complete the usual referencing checks with the agency for a tenancy swap from me to you.
