The flat is located in Middleton street where you will find plenty of grocery shops, cafes, houseware and only 4/5min walk you have a Sainsbury and a Co-op just opposite and the famous Exmouth market in just under a min walk.

Your flatmates are all in their 20s and even though everyone is working we still try to find time to for example grab a pint now and then :)

As I am moving out we are seeking a young professionals in his/her 20s and 30s who can treat the property as their own. Ideally as this place should feel like home to everyone we expect the new tenant to maintain the property in a clean and orderly manner.
