- Each room fits a double bed and dresser, no desk. Best for working professionals in office ~5 days a week. The two new flatmates will share a bathroom.
- Amenities: Washer, dishwasher, private courtyard garden for the whole building
- Rent: £1383 pcm + bills
- Bills: council tax ~£85, water ~£25, energy ~£35
- We currently have a monthly cleaning service that I'd like to keep which is ~£30

About me
I am a 28 y/o female from the US working in sustainability at a tech company. I lived in NYC for five years prior to moving here at the end of July. In my free time I love going to concerts, making art (primarily sketching and film photography), taking walks on the canal and just generally exploring London, trying new restaurants, hiking, and traveling. I also love staying active and weight lift, go to exercise classes, and play intramural volleyball. Love a night out but have also been trying to schedule in more downtime on the weekends since moving as well :)

About you
Seeking female flatmates in their late 20s who like to keep a tidy space, are respectful, and friendly. Would love to live with flatmates with similar interests and lifestyles! Must have the right to rent in the UK and have a landlord reference available from current/most recent home.
