👋 A bit about us

The flat is currently home to a 32-year-old German male professional working in Soho and 28-year-old British male professional working in Islington. I’m leaving to move in with my partner.

Flat is sociable and easy-going, while respecting each other’s space and work schedules. During the week, we’re usually working, at the gym or out for a run. On weekends, you’ll often find us exploring London, catching up with friends or heading to a pub.

We enjoy a chat in the kitchen or the occasional drink together, but it’s not a party flat. We’re hoping to find someone who’ll fit naturally into the household and help make it a friendly, comfortable place to live.

🔎 Who we’re looking for

Ideally, we’re looking for a young professional or postgraduate student who is clean, considerate and friendly, and who wants a home rather than just somewhere to sleep.

Someone sociable who enjoys a relaxed, respectful household would be a great fit. If you’re into running, the gym or playing sport, that’s a bonus, but by no means a requirement!
