Hi everyone! I am looking for a full-time student to take over my tenancy for a beautiful Medium Standard Double Studio at Student Living Heights (managed by Unite Students).
About the Studio:
• Fully self-contained: You will have your own private en-suite bathroom and a private, fully equipped kitchenette (no sharing!).
• Space: Comfortable double bed, study desk with chair, and generous storage/wardrobe space.
• All-Inclusive Rent: High-speed Wi-Fi, water, electricity, and heating are all included in the £439/week price. No hidden costs!
About the Building & Location:
• Location: Situated in Islington (Zone 1/2), incredibly well-connected. Walking distance to Angel and Old Street tube stations.
• Building Perks: 24/7 security & reception, secure bike storage, common social spaces, and on-site laundry facilities.
Important Requirements from Unite Students:
• You MUST be a registered full-time student (undergrad or postgrad).
• If you pay upfront you will not need to provide a guarantor.
• You must be able to provide a qualified guarantor (doesn't need to be UK based) if you want to pay in installments.
• The process will be done officially and safely through the Unite Students portal.
