Cosy Double Room Central Angel

Hiya!
We have a double room available in our four-bed flat! Currently living here are three girls aged 30 to 32, so we’re looking for another gal close this age (please don't apply if male or outside age range).

The area:
The flat is super cosy and is in an amazing location, just 5 mins walk from the northern line and 15 minutes to Kings Cross. It’s really close to central Angel, with Upper Street just down the road for great bars/restaurants/cinemas etc. The flat itself is four bedrooms, two bathrooms, and we have the rare luxury of a back-balcony, ideal for beers & bbqs in the summertime. We don’t have a living room, but we love hanging out together in the kitchen and dining area as there’s plenty of space for us all to move about in.

The room & bills:
This double room is mostly unfurnished. The images show the room of the latest tenant who will be taking away most of their own furniture.
Rent (excluding bills) is £756, a proper steal for the area. Bills are approx. £100 extra monthly. We all take responsibility paying the bills, which include: wifi, water/gas, electricity and council tax.

Looking for:
We’re looking for someone chilled, social, easygoing and also really clean! We appreciate keeping the house nice so someone who is up for that and wants to contribute to the maintenance is essential. We love hanging out together and having the odd flat pint (or spicy marg!) so someone who wants to join in with this sorta thing would be great. We all work Monday to Friday so week nights we are very chilled usually, so probs not the best flat for the midweek ravers.
