Our property is very central, EC1V.. between the Angel and Barbican tube stations: a 7-minute walk either way. We are also very close to Old Street and Farringdon train stations, they're about a 10-minute walk away too!

There is a 5-minute walk to the closest bus stop. We are very close, 5 minutes walk away from London City University and not far from UCL, CASS, and other central London Universities and the city.

We are looking for someone for our double room which will be available from 23rd March 2026.

A student or professional who is mature with an independent spirit is preferred.

The room is comfortable, clean and has plenty of storage, a double bed, a TV as well as its own fridge and kettle. It also comes with free use of wireless broadband and use of washer/dryer which are all included in the rent.

You will be sharing a bathroom & a separate toilet and a kitchen with the landlord and landlady and one other lodger.

Please note: this is not a flat-share but a bedsit in a friendly and welcoming home and the room available will be your living space which will allow for peaceful relaxation or quiet study!
