One colourful, double room with wardrobe space and desk area available in Angel,5 mins from tube, in a four floored, friendly, family terraced house with huge shared kitchen and dining room, so plenty of room to entertain, one large bathroom and one small plus all usual facilities and large garden. The house is in zone 1, with plenty of buses and very near to Camden Passage antique market. We are a relaxed and quite sociable household consisting at present of a 29 year old female museum professional and myself, a female therapist, 69. My son age 33 visits and stays over regularly with work committments. I work from home and need the house to be quiet Mon to Wed so prefer someone working away from home on those days but am frequently away at weekends. We have had lodgers successfully for over 16 years, We have a friendly cat and aim to have the odd house meal together as well as glasses of wine. We are looking for a, non -smoking, mature lodger who might be a young professional or maybe a PhD student who would be able to look after themselves but enjoy a bit of company.
