We are looking for a new flatmate to live in a spacious and bright, large double bedroom on the raised ground floor of a red brick building.

THE ROOM
The room comes with a large sliding mirror wardrobe, bedside table, comfortable orthopaedic double bed with drawers for extra storage, hardwood flooring, and double glazing window.

THE FLAT
The flat itself has a spacious kitchen with dish washer, washing machine, oven, hob, fridge, freezer, Kettle, Toaster etc

There is a large living room to relax with corner sofa, flat screen smart TV, Virgin Media TV package & high speed WiFi.

The flat also has a cute patio space at the back with decking table & chairs, a great place to have a pint or barbecue in the summer.

The bathroom is very modern with an amazing corner bath, separate shower, toilet and sink. This room is hooked up to a stereo/CD player, so you can listen to your favourite tunes while in the shower!

There is also a little utility room, great for extra storage.

THE FLATMATES
Flatmates are both in their twenties and are very nice and considerate. They respect each other's privacy but also socialise and expect the same from new flatmate :)

LOCATION
The flat is perfectly located to just about everything you need! Angel tube station is an 8 minute walk from the flat and Kings Cross is walking distance too (around 12 minutes). Four popular supermarkets including Sainsburys, Waitrose, Iceland and M&S are less than 5 minutes walk from the flat.

Angel shopping complex is less than 5 minutes walk (includes Vue Cinema) as is the popular Upper Street which has an array for trendy shops/bars/restaurants. Gym, post office, pharmacy, nightlife all within walking distance.

Barnard Park and Regent's Canal are just around the corner to go for a jog or a run.

Rent is £1100 per month inclusive of ALL bills (council tax, internet, utilities etc). Available from 28 September 2023.
