The Flat is to be shared with one female ( part time live-in landlord) and it consists of two double rooms, a shared toilet, kitchen and sitting room. The flat is fully furnished so no need for buying any essentials.
The rent includes all the bills plus broadband. As well as, an additional £50 cleaner who cleans shared areas once a week.
