I am a hard working professional guy who enjoys spending time with friends or staying at home relaxing. I'd prefer to share with another LGBT-friendly guy who is fun and easy to get along with but who’ll also contribute to making the home a relaxing and peaceful place. If you, like me, prefer your surroundings clean and tidy even better.

The bedroom is a good-sized double room in a modern flat—only a couple of minutes from Angel tube station and Upper Street. The room is bright and sunny, furnished to a high standard with a good quality bed and a roomy wardrobe. Best of all are the spectacular City and West End views!

Upper Street and Angel Centre are on our doorstep for cinema, shopping, music venues, Design Centre, restaurants, gyms nearby too. Transport connections are excellent in all directions with King’s Cross St Pancras only a 10 minute walk away. The West End is within easy reach by Tube, bus, or foot.

We share the top floor of the building with only one other neighbour, so apart from having great views, it is private and quiet. All living areas are south-facing which makes the flat bright and sunny, there is also a good-sized balcony to take in the views and good weather. Mud-century furniture is understated but of good design and quality.


The living room and kitchen benefit from all modern conveniences. Your room has its own TV aerial connection.

Utilities: water, gas, electricity and council tax is an additional £200 per person each month, for a largely office based household. There is good wifi throughout the property. The cleaner who currently attends once a week is not included in the rent.
