Hi, I'm looking for someone to share my 2 bed flat with me in fantastic Angel. I'm the owner and stay at the flat Friday to Sunday.

The Flat

Very quiet and well-maintained 2-bedroom flat in a great location. The living room is bright and spacious, perfect for relaxing with a comfy sofa and chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped (including a dishwasher) and has a window overlooking the garden. Both the bathroom and kitchen have underfloor heating, and the bathroom comes with a powerful hot shower and plenty of storage. At the back, there’s a garden that gets sun daily (English weather permitting!). There is garden furniture to sit or dine as well.

The Bedroom

You will have the medium double, which comes with decent storage space and loads of natural light. There is also a study for your use.

Who am I?

I am a uni lecturer in my 50s who teaches film editing in Scotland. I enjoy art, home-made food, and nature. I appreciate a home that’s peaceful, clean and well-cared for, so I’m looking for a like-minded person who is friendly, considerate, and happy to share in keeping the flat nice for both of us.

The location

The flat is on a quiet, tree-lined street in Angel, Islington, just a short walk from grocery stores, great shops and restaurants. The Angel tube station is less than 10 minutes away, with buses in every direction at the end of the street. You can reach central London in 20 minutes by tube or 30 minutes by bus. I also love taking walks along the canal, which is also really close by.
