I am currently looking for one lodger to occupy a room in my flat. All utility bills are included. I am only letting this on short term rental for the moment.

(This room is not suitable for working or studying from home weekdays). So I am looking for a professional person who is working full time in their office or business-or a student who is studying full time in Uni either Working or studying out of the flat .Mon/Fri between 9/5pm or similar.
The flat is a lovely very very clean very very quiet flat. Street property with a sweet small garden .
Room is a good size single very clean fitted wardrobe fitted cupboard. Dressing table large desk with 3 drawers bed and bookcase. .
The flat is kept clean l very bright flat and very quiet.
I am looking for a very the same in a Tennent and it’s Females preferably. Definitely not a party flat or late night flat..
This is an all female house so I am looking for females only.

Very close to both Angel and Old Street tube stations with the 43/ 214/ 205/4 /73/30/19 and 205 bus stop all within a few minutes walk. Kings Cross station 10 mins from the flat
There is no living room to share.
I have many years experience as a live-in landlord..
