Our lovely housemate is moving out of our flat as she will be working abroad. We are looking for someone to take over her fully-furnished room.

MOVE-IN DATE:
* We are ideally looking for someone to move in on 1st March.

THE FLAT:
* Fully furnished (incl. dining table, 2 x sofas, coffee table, dining table, dishwasher, washer/dryer, oven)
* Separate living room and dining area
* Living room gets plenty of light, so if you have any plants they will thrive :)
* Flat comes with its own handyman so any issues that arise will be promptly fixed
* Well maintained and kept clean and tidy

THE ROOM:
* Fully furnished (incl. double bed, wall shelves, bedside table, full floor-to-ceiling wardrobe)
* The bed included is an ottoman - so can open up for extra storage
* The room has been recently refurbished - with wooden floors recently installed and walls recently repainted.

LOCATION (Super Convenient):
* Archway Station (Northern Line) - 2 mins
* Upper Holloway Station (Overground) - 2mins
* Sainsbury, Tesco, Aldi, M&S, Iceland - all within 3 mins
* Numerous other shops and restaurants in the area
* Plenty of big parks nearby: Whittington Park, Waterlow Park, Hampstead Heath

ABOUT US:
We are both working professionals and work during the week. On the weekends we currently enjoy cooking and occasionally having a game night or movie night. We are easy to live with - sociable but not a party household. We are clean, tidy and respectful of others.

ABOUT YOU:
You are a professional looking for a place to call home rather than a flat share. You are independent and respect other people’s privacy, but enjoy hanging out and having dinner together sometimes. You are clean, tidy and have respect for other people’s belongings. You do not smoke in the house.
