One Double Available in Lovely Archway Flat

We’re three young female professionals looking for one person to rent the remaining bedroom in our lovely Archway maisonette. We like to socialise together, particularly during evenings and weekends when we’re home, and would like to find someone who is happy to have a chat whilst cooking in the kitchen and just generally contribute to the friendly vibes of the house. We are not a party flat so we are looking for a new flatmate who are friendly but respectful.

We’re based in Archway, just a couple of minutes walk to Archway tube station and bus stops with easy access into Central London. (Zone 2) Archway high street is just around the corner with loads of shops, and lovely Highgate is a short walk up the hill. We’re really close to Waterlow Park and about a 15 minute walk from the leafy Hampstead Heath. The flat is the perfect combination of being close to the centre while also having direct access to multiple green spaces.

The house itself is a maisonette with four bedrooms, a spacious living/dining room and a big kitchen. We have a brand new oven, hob and dishwasher. We have a washing machine and a separate dryer. There are two toilets, a bathroom with a bath/shower and sink and a separate shower. We have an additional smaller room that we currently use for storage and an office space. We also have a sunny patio outside. with lovely furniture (and fairy lights!!) with space for some gardening.

We have a biweekly cleaning rota and a biweekly cleaner - making sure that the communal spaces are tidy and clean is very important to us. You would be expected to clean up after yourself and contribute to a tidy flat.

Room: A bright, spacious double overlooking the patio and greenery on the ground floor of the house. It comes with a double bed, a large wardrobe, and further storage.
Option for bike storage or additional furniture if needed!

Bills: around 80 per month (incl. biweekly cleaner)
Council tax: 42.5 per month
Room is available from 29 March to take over the current periodic tenancy from our flatmate who is moving out.

Current flatmates:
Eszter - drama teacher at a secondary school in North London, originally from Hungary but has been living in the UK for 7 years, she loves wild swimming, nature walks, hiking, reading and going to the Heath.

Katherine - moved to London from Australia a few years ago and loves traveling to watch the football and singing in the community choir.

Kiara - came to London last summer from Australia to teach. She loves to travel and explore all the local parks and coffee shops.
