Mon to Fri room - park view - 4 mins to tube

Hi All - looking for someone to share our lovely flat 3/4 min from Archway tube station. Please note rhis is a weekday Monday to Friday let only. Its fine to leave a suitcase/clothes etc when you leave on the Friday.

Archway tube is 9 minutes from Kings Cross, 18 mins to Bank, 12 mins to Tottenham Court Road.

If you apply, please unsure to read the whole advert, tell us a bit about yourself, not just "is the room available". Must not WFH full time.

We have a room with a double bed overlooking a quiet park, yet 3/4 minute walk from the tube. The room has storage under the bed and plenty of cupboards also a cupboard with hanging rail right outside the bedroom.

Bills all inc gas, elec, water, council tax, wifi.

Very homely flat. The kitchen has a large south facing sunny which gets the sun all day long.

A separate large lounge with another balcony which overlooks a lovley park, bathroom with bath and shower and toilet. Plus toilet with sink upstairs in the flat.

We are close to everything - shops, parks, Waterlow Park is 5 minute Walk, wonderful Hampstead Heath is a 15 minute walk. Camden is 7 mins on the tube.

I work is as a web developer, part remote, part office. I love all things about London (especially when it snows), pretty much all music, electroic to country travel, theatre, quirky events, chatting, but happy for people to have their own quiet time too.

And Lisa, works as a events organiser at one of the theatres in London. Lisa also loves travel and all things London, theatre, eating out, music evets etc.

We all share the communal chores such as taking bins out including the food bin, changing bin bags, cleaning communal areas, and if I'm away, And big on recycling which is a must fo the new person.

We don't have big parties at the house, but very happy to have people round, dinners, dinner on the balcony, film nights etc. We both like our music, electronic, classical, pretty much anything
