We have a lovely, cosy and airy double bedroom available in the archway.

It's a modern three-bed flat, with a living room, in a brilliant location. We're just a 10-minute walk from the archway station, with loads of supermarkets, pubs and cafes nearby.
The bedroom comes furnished, with a bed, wardrobe, drawers and a desk.

Current flatmate is moving out with their partner so we have a room available for rent.

Currently its two young professionals Roise and Freja, we're a LGBT-friendly household- and if you're tidy that's even better!

We can promise a friendly household and love hanging out together, but having said this we work a lot so we all have a lot of our own space in the flat to.

Rent is £740 and bills are usually around £110 on top of this.
The deposit is £740.
Move-in date 3rd of August.

We have lived here for 4 years and have never had any issues with the landlord or the agency - they've always been really reliable and helpful so we can assure an easy move.

We share some responsibilities as a household in terms of keeping the flat clean and ownership of reporting on bills (although they all get shared three-ways).
