Double room with ensuite bathroom, available from 1st October (with flexibility on the start date) in this maisonette flat between Archway/Highgate. The rent for the room is 975£ with bills coming up to approx £150-200 per person (depending on energy usage). Bills also include council tax (Band E) and a fortnightly cleaner for shared spaces! NO maximum stay limit!

Deposit is 1000£.

The room features a double bed and comes with a large wardrobe, drawers as well as a desk. The ensuite includes a toilet, sink and a shower and is part of the room.

The home is a 3-bedroom first and second floor maisonette, a large kitchen/living room with all necessary appliances, two sofas and a tv, a small conservatory and a roof terrace.

Current flatmates are Florie (British, 28) and Verena (German, 34). Florie is a teacher, who loves animals, enjoys squash and tag rugby and has been in the flat for 2 years. Verena has been in the flat for 4 years, works in social media, loves all things pop culture, and is either at a gig, the cinema or at pilates. Our current flatmate is sadly leaving us to move in with her boyfriend - she has been part of the flat for over 3 years, so she'll be missed.

We are a pretty friendly and relaxed household where we enjoy the occasional dinner, glass of wine, movie marathon or hang out on the terrace together and do some gardening or a barbecue, but we also work a lot and have our own lives and friendship circles.

We are looking for a new flatmate to join who shares similar interests (culture, arts, movies, tv, music etc), is super clean (like us) and considerate and someone who wants to make this place a home we can all enjoy. This isn’t a party household, but there is definitely space to have friends over.

This is also an LGBTQ+ friendly flat!

No couples, sorry. Not suitable for someone only working remotely/from home. Not suitable for students.

The home is situated just a short 5 minute walk from Archway station (Northern Line) and a 12 minute walk from Upper Holloway (Overground). There’s also loads of buses to take you around. We are close to Holloway Road and Junction Road, with plenty of shops, cafes, restaurants, pubs, gyms, a cinema etc. The Archway area has great access to green spaces with Waterlow Park only a 10 minute walk away, and Hampstead Heath and Highgate Wood around the corner.
