We are looking for an easy going, clean and considerate housemate to rent our v spacious spare room in a spacious flat in Upper Holloway / archway - zone 2.

There are lots of great shops, cafes and bars in the area and a very quick tube journey to central london/ north London.

One bathroom with bath and shower, outdoor space - two balconies and lots of places to work indoors..

James owns the property and it’s his main base and Mary lives and works between here and Manchester. Both of us may be here sometimes and sometimes you’d have the whole place to yourself for a while it depends on the month. We both go away for significant periods on and off so it’s quite nice that you can have the space to yourself.

Looking for a conscientious person who cleans up after themselves, has a good sense of humour and is generally a relaxed person to live with. No OCD! 😁. We are happy to do short term or long term lets or alternatively Monday to Friday let for a lesser rent amount.

Please do check you can afford the rent (£1500 bills included) before contacting as lots of people enquire and then later say they can’t afford it but the rent is v clear on the ad. The price is such because the space really is quite special and you are getting a lotttt more space than the usual box room in London that just about fits a bed for £1000 a month 😂.
