Hello!! We are looking for someone late August/September to take over a room in our lovely 4 bed house in N19 🤗.
We live about a 7 minute walk from Archway station and are looking as as one of our flatmates is moving in with her boyfriend
- Rent is 905 (excluding bills, which are roughly £100 per month)
- The house is already fully furnished and has outside space which is lovely in summer!
- We are all 27 (3 girls) and have been friends for years, and we are ideally looking for someone aged between 25-30
-Unfortunately we aren’t able to consider students
-Were looking for someone that is happy move in late August/early September
About us:
- We are super tidy, sociable and easy going, love going to the pub or drinks, but also love our nights in and are looking for someone similar!!
