Comfortable room, sunny flat in leafy Archway

Looking for Mon-Friday (or similar part-time) lodger. Second bedroom in a colourful, sunny, Victorian first floor flat in a leafy road in Archway. 6 minutes walk to Archway tube, with lots of amenities on the way to the station.

I'm an artist and curator and most days I am working at my studio nearby. The flat is brightly coloured with lots of art, and there is a new kitchen and bathroom refurbished one year ago. The bedroom is simple and uncluttered and with a large North-facing window overlooking a huge backgarden. Black-out blinds, and with two dressers for storage, a rail for clothes.

I'm looking for a clean and tidy tenant who needs to stay in London during the week. Preferably working day is outside the flat.

The flat has a washing machine with dryer, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer. Bills and wifi included. There is not a television. A cleaner comes every fortnight.

I am often out 2-3 evenings in the week.
