Double bedroom with great storage space

Hey folks! A double bedroom has become available in our ground floor flat.

5 minutes from Archway underground station, 2 mins from Upper Holloway overground station, all we need now is an airport and Archway is perfect for connections.

On a quiet residential street, the spacious double room looks out onto the garden. As the room is toward the back of the house, no road noise reaches you and it gets great light.

The room is fitted with an ornate fireplace, built-in bookshelves, and French doors with wooden shutters. The room will be let furnished: double bed, two bedside cabinets, chest of drawers and a wardrobe.

The flat has a shared living room, kitchen and bathroom.

Locally, we have plenty of supermarkets within walking distance (Marks & Spencers, Sainsburys, Tesco Express). There are also some lovely cafes in the local area.

We are perfectly situated between Crouch Hill, Finsbury Park, Hampstead and Highgate meaning there are plenty of green spaces, bars and restaurants to explore nearby. We also have a McDonald’s on McDonald Road, so you can always show your family and friends if you want to show off.

Rent is £987 inc bills, £59 of that goes towards the internet and a cleaner. We have a monthly kitty (included in the rent) which covers basic necessities such as toilet paper and cleaning products.

Current housemates, one of us works in airline catering and the other in hospitality. Whilst we have our own schedules and social lives we will hang out when we get an opportunity, we went to the Soho theatre last month to see stand up, and we're both into live music and board games as well.

Currently two males - more than happy to share with male or female.

We will be holding viewings on Monday the 28th of September in the late afternoon/evening.

The room is available from the 14th of October.
