Double bedroom with great storage space

A double bedroom has become available in our ground floor flat in north London.

5 minutes from Archway underground station, 2 mins from Upper Holloway overground station, all we need now is an airport and Archway is perfect for connections!

On a quiet residential street, the spacious double room looks out onto the garden. As the room is toward the back of the house, it is very quiet and gets great light.

The room is fitted with an ornate fireplace, built-in bookshelves, and French doors with wooden shutters. The room will be let furnished: double bed, two bedside cabinets, chest of drawers and a wardrobe.

The flat has a shared living room, kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen even has a toaster that can take four slices of bread. Four!!

Rent is £986.08 inc bills, £61.08 of that goes towards the internet and a cleaner which goes to Kelvin. We have a monthly kitty (included in the rent) which covers basic necessities such as toilet paper and cleaning products.

Two current housemates have lived together since Covid and have loved our time together and being in this house. One of us works in theatre and the other in hospitality. Whilst we have our own schedules and social lives we do enjoy a nice evening catching up, watching TV/movies and having deep and silly chats. We have both retained great friendships with former housemates and hope to welcome another great addition to the flatshare very soon.

Currently two males living here - more than happy to share with male or female!

Locally, we have plenty of supermarkets within walking distance (Marks & Spencers, Sainsburys, Tesco Express). There are also some lovely cafes in the local area - one new addition lately which is fast becoming our new obsession!

We are perfectly situated between Crouch Hill, Finsbury Park, Hampstead and Highgate meaning there are plenty of green spaces, bars and restaurants to explore nearby. We also have a McDonald’s on McDonald road, so you can always show your family and friends if you want to brag!

We will have viewings on Thursday the 12th of March in the evening where me and Kelvin will both be in, and also on Saturday the 14th where Kelvin will be there. The room is available from the end of March/beginning of April.
