Cosy Room in Spacious Modern House in Archway

I’m an academic in the arts and humanities looking for new housemates to join our lovely three-bedroom maisonette in Archway.

The house has a big sunny, south-facing living room that opens onto a private garden (with a large shed for extra storage) and a spacious, modern kitchen. On the first floor, there are two single/small double rooms, a bigger double room (for myself), and a shared bathroom (separate toilet and shower).

We’re in a fantastic location — just 5-minute walk to Archway Station (Northern Line, Zone 2) and 7 minutes to Upper Holloway Overground. Nearby, you’ll find beautiful green spaces like Waterlow Park, Highgate, and Hampstead Heath, along with plenty of gyms, cafés, pubs, and shops within easy walking distance.

You’ll also be sharing with my friendly 9-month-old cat, so cat lovers only! I’m looking for professionals or mature students who value a respectful, relaxed, and friendly home.

£800/month + bills (heating and hot water included). Short-term stays preferred from 25 May; Mon–Fri arrangements also welcome. Please get in touch with a little about yourself if interested.
