We’re looking for a new housemate to join our spacious home in Archway. The current housemate is moving out after buying their own place, so their comfortable double room is available from late August/early September (no later than 9 September).
The room:
It’s a well lit, furnished double with good storage. It’s sizeable, with plenty of space for a queen-sized bed and a desk. You’ll be sharing the bathroom in the photos with just one other housemate.
The house:
Spread over three floors, with a large kitchen, a big living room, a balcony, and a back garden that’s great for summer BBQs.
Ideal for hosting friends occasionally, but also has plenty of room if you prefer quieter evenings.
About us:
You’ll be living with three professionals (30-38), all easygoing, tidy, and respectful. We get along well and enjoy the occasional drink together, but we all have our own lives too. We’re looking for someone who’s considerate and fits well with that relaxed, friendly atmosphere.
Location and bills:
We’re a 10-minute walk from Archway tube (Northern line) and well connected by buses. Bills are around £140 per month, including fast Wi-Fi.
If this sounds like a good fit, drop us a message with a bit about yourself - we’d love to hear from you!
